Tushar Bagdiya

               A composite House G+2 having hardware shop on ground floor and above 2 floors residential total 6500 sq.ft. belongs to Mr. Tushar designed in a city of Lonar which is a fine example of early Hindu Architecture.

               The building & elevation is designed considering  the hot climate of Lonar. The passage lobby is designed with a M.S. jali design 8'x4' which has a 40-60 open to close ratio which protects building from direct light and give ample light & ventilation creating a unique pattern of light and shadow.

The Window of the Guest Room are recessed inside with Vertical louvers arranged such that no direct light enters the room.

            The balcony on south-west is extended by 4ft so that no direct light touches the partition wall keeping it cool.
